Sean McIntosh is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Viking Companies in Gainesville, Florida. Prior to his current position, he worked with Oliver McMillan where he managed the commercial component of the upscale mixed-use development, The Shops Buckhead Atlanta. Prior to his work with OM, Sean was with Jamestown Properties where he managed a class A office tower in midtown Atlanta and was subsequently part of the management team during the development process for the innovative mixed-use development Ponce City Market, also in Atlanta. Before joining Jamestown, Sean worked with such industry leaders as CBRE, Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a member of the Atlantic Station (Atlanta, Georgia) Management team. During this time Sean held the positions of Association Manager and Assistant General Manager and worked for more than 10 years with General Growth Properties. With experience that includes managing and redeveloping regional shopping centers and managing mixed-use developments, Sean is a well-rounded industry veteran. Born and raised in Chicago, Sean has a degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. He resided in the Greater Atlanta area from 2001 -2016, until his move to Gainesville, where he now resides.
